According to Belvidere Park’s official website, the first summer event is a duck race on June 15. People can buy a duck and the winner will receive $200.

After that, a movie night is planned for June 21 showing Mary Poppins Returns, and on the same day, there will be a trip to Miller Park to see the Cubs vs. Brewers game.

There will be another movie night July 12, playing Captain Marvel, and a blowout party on August 6.

Junior Haley Schelonka, another employee of the district, said: “I’m excited to work for the summer camp because it’s the same camp I went to when I was young.”

In addition to all these, they are also opening the William Grady Pool on June 7.
